How do you remove the bottom tray in freezer to get to defroster?

To access the evaporator and the defrost components in the freezer you are going to have to remove the back wall of the freezer.
All the parts are located behind the back wall. This will include the defrost heater, defrost thermostat.
Basically open up the door to the freezer, and go straight back. There are going to be two screws, on either side about half way up on the rear panel. Take those out and the back wall will pull away and you will see the defrost components there.
